If I could I would attend Adam's Thanksgiving dinner...

I, too, was leaning a bit toward the porcine side of the helpings. OK, leaning a lot!
Funny thing, tho. The scale on Monday said nothing about it, but my "un-slacks" did. But Tuesday the scale caught up.
I had minor oral surgery yesterday, so that slowed me down for a few hours anyway.

It might just be me but when I overload on carbs and go out of the zone. I swell so bad my rings won't fit on my fingers. Sometimes the scale will show it and sometimes it won't.

It's that time of year again here in the States, so I thought I'd top this post. No big crowd this year, just me, bro and Mom. (That means either less cooking or more eating.)

Yeah, we're having a quiet one too. Me, wife, #1 son. Don't know exactly why it's so quiet this time. Just worked out that way. Maybe it's our habit streaking at solemn events...

Well, I was fine 'till the apple crisp and ice cream came out for desert! Gained a pound overnight. Probably all water.

btw, my wife was not amused by my joke about streaking. Dum, da dum dum! - C.
